If the King decides not to come to your house, what would you do?

Here are some journal entries by the children on the topic,
"What would you do if you were Charlie McBing and the King informed you that he was not coming to your house?"

All entries and pictures were unedited (in children's own words, spelling errors and all). The kids have very cheeky ideas of how they would like to 'punish' the King! Really amusing to read =) Keep those creative juices flowing, children!

If the King informed me that he was not coming to my house, I would be very angry. At midnight, when everyone is sleeping, I would climb up to the chimney and go into the castle. Then I would creep into the kitchen and put the food on the table.

I will feel very disappointed and angry because all my effort will be wasted in preparing the food. I will call all my friends and we would have a food feast in order not to waste the food.

If I was Charlie McBing and the King informed me that he would not be coming to my house on Saturday, I would donate the delicious food to the poor people and the orphanage. The rest of the food I will share it with my neighbours and friends. After that, I would call the King and tell him politely that he should not waste anymore food and think before informing anyone. - Neha

If I were Charlie McBing and the King couldn't come to my house... I would feel very sad but I would write another letter to the King and ask why he could not come. If it was because he had a meeting or something I would bring the food to his palace and let him, his children and his cats eat at their own house!

If I were Charlie McBing and the King couldn't come to my house, I will be very angry. I will bring all the food to the castle and throw all the food at the King's face and run away as fast as I could.

If the King want to come to my house and informed me taht he cannot come, I will donate the food to the poor familys and share some with my family.

Next, I will save some for myself. After that I will make beautiful food sculpture for people to eat with some of the food. Then, sell some of them at the hawker centre, and make money. And give the rest to the old folks home. If there are still some food left I will save it for when the King wants to come to my house next time.

I wonder what will the King do when he comes to my house next time.

If the King would not be coming, I would feel frustrated because I spent a long time preparing all the food. It also caused my kitchen to be dirty, oil and messy. At the same time, I would feel very disappointed because I have been looking forward for this day to arrive. This is the first time the King is coming to my house but he did not turn up.

Since the King is not coming, I will pack all the food and send it to the King's palace. When I see the King, I would take the food and smashed the food on his face. I would also make sure that I throw the food all over the palace.

Before I leave the palace, I will tell the King not to come to my house.
